Harley J. Earl
Harley J. Earl, co-founder of The Zindagi Group, has been a general business and management consultant for the past 30 years, providing advice and counsel to clients in the healthcare, biotechnology, real estate, manufacturing and natural resources industries, with an emphasis on start-up and turn-around situations. Prior to his consulting career Mr. Earl spent 22 years in various senior management positions with a variety of public and private companies within the biotechnology, natural resources and healthcare industries. Mr. Earl graduated cum laude from Princeton University and holds an MS in Economics from the Colorado School of Mines.
Jennifer Oen Earl
Jennifer O. Earl, co-founder of The Zindagi Group, has over 35 years of experience in the fields of engineering and litigation consulting and specializes in providing consulting and expert witness services to clients in the aerospace, construction, defense, manufacturing, software and telecommunications industries. She has a BA in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MSE in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Prior to moving into the consulting realm, Ms. Earl worked in the aerospace industry designing guidance systems on missiles.
Ms. Earl’s expertise is in performing detailed schedule delay analyses, assessing impacts from key issues, establishing entitlement and causation, quantifying critical path delays and assessing responsibility for these delays. Ms. Earl has performed detailed schedule delay analyses on projects ranging from $20M to $1B in size, spanning up to ten years in duration. Ms. Earl has also developed detailed project controls, implementation / management plans to facilitate time and cost-effective project execution for projects ranging from $100M to $40B in size, spanning from a few years to a few decades in duration.
Ms. Earl has provided consulting services within a diverse array of industries, including aerospace, telecommunications, defense, construction, and manufacturing. Her claims consulting expertise has focused on schedule claim development, causation and entitlement establishment. She has assisted in both the defense and preparation of delay, acceleration and disruption claims on a broad spectrum of government and commercial contracts, including development and production programs. Ms. Earl has provided expert schedule delay testimony through expert reports, deposition and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings.
